Spa Policies
We want your spa experience to be as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. To ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful time at our spa, please take a moment to review our policies.

Health and Safety
The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. If you have any health concerns or medical conditions, please inform us before your treatment. In some cases, we may require a doctor's note before proceeding with certain treatments.

If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your doctor before booking any spa treatments.

Being Late
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and relaxation time. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other guests.

Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your treatment. If you enjoyed your service, a gratuity is not required, but appreciated.
